When I started navigating life as a neurodivergent mom to my neurodivergent kids, I quickly realized that most self-care advice didn’t reflect my reality. Long morning routines, spa days, or elaborate wellness plans? Not happening.
I wanted self-care that is actually doable—even if I only have five minutes and a frozen waffle in one hand.
This blog is where I share those small but meaningful practices—so other moms like you can feel seen, supported, and more grounded in your daily life.
